Got this 7 inch android tablet for my granddaughter it would not let me Connect it to the Internet or Netflix. It is very poor quality and I was highly disappointed. I am now waiting on a refund

This is quite possibly the worst one I've yet purchased!!!! I can't sign into my own account so that my kids can use the apps on this and il not pay for this either!!!! I'm outraged!!!!!!
