Preparation
•Mix 150g of mix with 100ml water in a bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.
•Whip 180g of softened butter on medium speed for 2 minutes.
•Add half of the softened butter to the mix and mix until the mixture has been completely absorbed. Add the rest of the butter and mix for another 5 minutes at high speed.
•Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
