They survive for months without water and little or lots of light. So if you're forgetful, this could be for you.Snake Plants you see, are a succulent plant, which means it stores water in its leaves!
The long, slender leaves grow in a graceful shape, adding height and visual interest to your space. Popular in bedroom with their air purifying properties, they release plenty of oxygen at night which can only help improve your sleep.
Fun fact: Sansevieria zeylanica Fan is native to tropical West Africa and was first described by the botanist Carl Peter Thunberg in 1794. Its leaves were traditionally used to make bowstrings, hence the name "bowstring hemp." Cool huh?!
