Asked me to remove review and will replace . Replacement never came. Said he would refund over 2 weeks still nothing. I wouldn't even give 1 star

Although it does what it says.
The instructions clearly warn about catching the RCD button.
Maybe a better design incorporating a mechanical.switch . This would stop.accidental pressing of the test Button.

Was advertised with a free NCV flow tester pen but came without it. Big part of the reason I bought this particular one. For that reason I can only give 3 stars. Other than 1/2 of it being missing, it is as advertised.

Plugged it in and it tripped my plugs , turned out I pressed the RCD button which was my mistake as thats what the RCD Button does , had a call from Ben straight away and he spoke me through how to use the tester correctly , so giving 5 stars , as great customer service , And it was my fault ,
