Aniseed Essence

Tropical Sun Essences are perfect for creating a vast array of tropical treats including biscuits, cakes, ice cream and milkshakes. Our Aniseed Essence is concentrated, so you only need a little to add the celebrated sharp, liquorice-like flavour to any sweet or savoury dish. As a rule of thumb we advise adding two drops per 1kg. However it’s always best to have a look at a recipe if you’re unsure. Enjoy!
