Tropical Sun Essences are perfect for creating a vast array of tropical treats including biscuits, cakes, ice cream and milkshakes. Our Brandy Essence is concentrated, so you only need a little to add that celebrated sharp, yet sweet-sour flavour of brandy, ideal for any sweet or savoury recipes. As a rule of thumb we advise adding two drops per 1kg. However it’s always best to have a look at a recipe if you’re unsure. Enjoy!
