Our organic coconut flour is finely ground from freshly dried, defatted coconut meat resulting in a delicate powder with a mild coconut aroma and airy texture.
It is a fantastic alternative to wheat and grain-based flours and increasingly popular with those following gluten-free, grain-free and low-carb diets.
