I received my parcel. I've tasted and tried it and it's the best salt I've had also its good for even cooking. Easily desolves in water or mouth with just a pinch. And I got rid of all the poisonous fake salts that looks like salt but is not salt in my house Thanks guys

Swear by Celtic sea salt. I have long covid my partner has COPD stage4. . We use 3/4 of a gram of sea salt and drink that in the morning. Helps break up mucas and eases the pain from nodules we have in our throat .can't reccomend enough with92 minerals it's definately something to add
