product came on the 3rd of Jan when the order was placed 19th December and was told it would be here before Christmas. no updates until I messaged on the 27th. The flowers then turn up with the ribbon be frayed and too short so just taped down looking cheap and it was wrapped wonky. Flowers r pretty
