•Simply hold the on button at the top of the gun until the green light appears to switch it on. Then hold down the button again to begin the vibrating. To change between the 5 speed settings, press the top button (don’t hold) to increase between them.
•Use on an area on your body that feels tight, and start by moving the gun over the bulk of the muscle.
•Add pressure as required, either focusing on one spot for up to 15 seconds or moving over an area for around 2 minutes.
•To attach the different heads simply twist off the gun and reattach the head you would like and it will click in place.
