Sankofa Plantain Fufu

Sankofa Fufu flour is made from special selected PLANTAIN, and cassava. Fibre and vegetable proteins are added in the right proportion to improve the healthy nutritional aspect of the fufu flour [powder]. Adding water then cooking Sankofa fufu flour results in a smooth and healthier fufu meal.
