Precautions:
• Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / gas 4.
• Use the butter to grease the tin before baking
• Leave the cake to cool down for 10 minutes before release
• Hand wash with warm soapy water and keep dry for thorough cleaning
• Use Oven gloves when handling the tin
• Not dishwasher safe
