It’s a scam. Parcel delivered with only a ‘complimentary free gift’ it’s ridiculous and no actual lingerie inside. It’s a scam! How do I get my money back as the refund procedure asks to return the item first, but there’s nothing to return lmao

Fuming as I thought I was receiving this today (or at least in time for Valentine’s Day) and all that was sent in the post was a note saying I wouldn’t be getting posted til the 19th. Weirdest delivery procedure ever and def don’t order if you want it on time (that’s if it ever comes).

After waiting almost 2 weeks for this when i ordered for Valentine’s Day this arrives but there saying they’ve delivered the set ! They keep saying they are having problems with the delivery pickup however they are quick enough to say it’s next day delivery on the lives and pack orders on there !

Waited nearly a month for my order and it never arrived. They sent me a single chocolate instead of my 2 sets and then refused to refund both of the sets. Talking to their customer support team is such a painful experience you get absolutely nowhere. My other sets I ordered don’t fit either….

Order didn’t arrive only a slip of paper that said it would be dispatched on the 19th still waiting, no product and no refund.
