Made out of cheap plastic, really hurt my nose when had the mask on, mask felt like it wasn’t doing anything at all.

Absolutely love my LED mask. Seen a massive difference in my skin since I introduced it to my routine. Needs charging around once a week which is amazing considering I use it every day! Have purchased a couple as gifts and have had amazing feedback too!

Really love all my Mallows Beauty products and I was hoping I'd love this too but sadly not 🥲 the bit that goes over your nose really digs in and is quite painful,left a mark on my nose for ages. Mask don't seem to stay charged for very long,I feel I'm charging it everyday. Smells like fish too.

Item is so heavy on the nose and leaves a dent after use. Stopped using and had to return as I was worried it would leave a permanent mark. Spoke to Scarlett in which she told me I had to ‘return’ the item for a refund. Pointless imo as how can it be sold after I’ve worn it? Hassle for no reason.

Opened the box to find someone else’s hair on the mask and dust on it like someone else had it and sent it back, not happy 1 bit, used it a few times and not seeing much difference!

Received today so can’t say if it works or not. Come with charge which is great. Downside is it feels a bit cheap, very plastic feeling and smells of fish. Hopefully that goes away after a few uses.

Amazing my nose is very thin so does occasionally slide. The results for my spots have been unreal. Will keep at it longer for fine lines 😍 best one I've used to date! Perfect with pineapple enzyme peel and the strawberry moisturiser

I can only use it for 10minutes a day then have to charge it up again. It’s on charge more than my face. And I gave it a good charge before I first used it too. Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to it 🙄
