Product description

With it's roots firmly in Turkey, this is an all-purpose blend.
Our Baharat seasoning is a careful blend including Mint, Urfa Chilli, Sumac and Citrus.
Made with quality spices, this has a vibrant colour and fresh, powerful aroma.
Can be used with hummus, flatbreads, roasted veg or to make lamb koftas, BBQ chicken or season kebabs. Also works really well as an extra layer of flavour in soups, sauces and stews.

Baharat is a flavourful spice blend that can be used in many ways in cooking, including:
Seasoning: Sprinkle baharat over proteins like chicken, beef, lamb, or seafood before grilling or roasting. You can also use it to season vegetables like carrots or potatoes before roasting.
Marinade: Whisk baharat into olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade for grilled shrimp or baked chicken breast.
Meatballs and kofta: Mix baharat into ground beef to make meatballs or kofta.
Soups and lentils: Stir baharat into lentils or rice, or add a pinch to butternut squash soup.
Condiment: Sprinkle baharat over finished dishes as a condiment.
Dry rub: Coat meat with a generous sprinkle of baharat before grilling.
Eggs: Sprinkle baharat over eggs.
Flatbreads: Sprinkle baharat over butter-brushed flatbreads before serving.
