The only thing we’re not telling you? The exact scents– that’s the fun of the mystery!

T&Cs: As part of our mystery bundle, you will receive 1 x nail clippers OR deshedding comb, 1 x 200ml dog detangling spray, 1 x 200ml no rinse shampoo and 1x 150ml detangling foam comb. These products will be chosen at random for you, by our team from our selection of products within these ranges. We are unable to offer customisation of the mystery boxes, and you may receive any combination of scents/ functions. These could be all random, partially matched or all matched scents, subject to availability.

Please note that we are only able to accept returns for mystery boxes in new and unused condition, or if the products are damaged. We are unable to offer individual product swaps. Because of this, if your dog has specific skin/coat issues, we recommend that you purchase one of our set bundles to suit your dog’s requirements.

If you need to return or exchange your mystery box, you will need to return all the products together, including the original packaging. However, please note that exchanges will be for a new mystery box, which we again, cannot customise the contents of.
