Very poor discription and misleading.
It isn't rechargeable!!!! I don't think I have a particularly large neck and it only at a push fits if I angle the Velcro type connection.

Was hoping to use this product on cold days at work but has to be continuously plugged in.
This product doesn't have a ON/OFF switch
Do not buy !

It works ok but definitely NOT rechargeable! I bought this for that reason so I can use it at work but it’s needs plugging in which is no good for me at work! Disappointed 😞
