The chain ends arnt fully closed so my necklace broke and I had to close it up again with pliers. The slightly ajar chain hoop mena that my Basie would get stuck a lot and it would pull my hair when I wanted to adjust.

I spent almost £50 for the 2 necklaces and I did not even get it I’m so disappointed ☹️ they delivered into different address even tho my address was right. I tried to contact them so many times but I didn’t heard anything back from them.
