•Preheat the oven to 180°C
•Empty the cake mix into a mixing bowl and add the oil, yogurt and flavour of choice if required.
•Mix for a few minutes until smooth.
•Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin or cupcake cases.
•Bake the cake tins for 20-25 minutes or cupcakes for 16-18 minutes until the middle of the cake springs back up when gently pressed on.
•Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before taking out from the tins.
