Pure, natural Acacia honey blended with Root Ginger. We source honey from bee farms that are located in the beautiful valleys of Italy! Using only traditional and natural methods. Bees are never treated with unnatural products or chemicals.
Our Multi award winning Acacia honey with Ginger is a speciality blend. It is our pure and natural Acacia honey blended with 1 percent natural Root Ginger (a flowering plant). Unique sweet and floral flavour followed by a ginger, spicy and warm lasting aftertaste. Releasing a delightful warm Ginger aroma.
The texture and appearance is similar to our Acacia honey, it is liquid gold in colour and remaining a liquid consistency for a long period of time.
Prep and usage:
Enjoy in your cooking to add flavour or replace sugar. Great for Baking, sauces, dips, dressings, marinades, accompany cheese, bread, yogurt, cereal and fruit. In drinks: Making smoothies, cocktails and teas.
