They are hand knitted by women who have been widowed in the conflict, buying our slipper socks really helps them earn an income and rebuild their lives.  Things have changed quite a bit under the new regime and many of the women who make our slipper socks have been internally displaced, so it could be a while until we get any more shipments from Afghanistan. 

Our Slipper Socks are the perfect winter alternative to cold feet! They are very versatile, they can be worn around the house as slippers or in your wellies as socks! 

 They come in four sizes from  small to extra large, A small size is around UK size 2- 4, medium UK size 5 - 7, large UK size 8 - 10, XL UK size 11+. 

As they are handmade patterns and colour do vary! We have divided our stock into five groups;

Warm Colours such as Reds, Oranges & Yellows

Earthy Colours such as Greens & Browns

Cool Colours such as Blues, Purples, Greys & Black and White

Bright Colours such as Bright Pinks, Bright Oranges, Bright Greens & Contrasting Colour Combinations

Muted Colours such as Dark Browns, Dark Greys, Dark Bergundies & Muted Colour Combinations
