Rimsavers Rim Protectors by Rimblades® are designed to add a protective trim ring to the outer edge of alloy wheels, acting as a buffer against inevitable kerb damage. Offering our highest level of protection on flat wheels, these replacement Rimsavers ensure continuous protection for your wheels. This listing is for a single replacement Rimsaver, perfect if you need to replace just one wheel protector from your original kit. Please note, we do not supply these in multiples to trade customers.
Enhanced Protection and Durability
Rimsavers have a similar profile to Rimblades® Light but are made from a harder grade of plastic, providing increased strength. Once installed, they fit tightly to the wheel, forming a hard shell around the rim surface for maximum protection.
Construction
Replacement Rimsavers are constructed from near-rigid plastic. The thin, lightweight design gives them flexibility, while their semi-gloss smooth appearance ensures brake dust wipes off easily. These Rimsavers feature a stiff fitting guide lip on the top side and a VHB (very high bond) tape sealed from weather, brake dust, road salt, and wheel cleaners by a sealing lip.
Bond On Universal Fitting
Replacement Rimsavers are designed for modern flat-rimmed wheels but will also fit rims with a slight curve if they have a sharp or squared-off top edge. They are ideal for most Diamond Cut wheel designs. Despite the lightweight design, the 5MM wide tape allows successful fitting on narrower flat lips. Rimsavers require cutting to size during each application and will fit wheels up to and including 24” in diameter. The kit includes joint covers and adhesive to cover any joins, ensuring a seamless finish.
