Hi did you company charge from me extra 45£???

Product doesn't work properly in the 3d pen it starts to make circles instead of drawing where you want it to go it just does what it wants and starts coming back up the side of the pen. I have 2 very disappointed girls who love their 3d pens and it doesn't work which is a shame
