As with all hearing devices they take time to adjust right volume and ear cup. When you find the right combination you are away. It comes with the charging case and tools and ear cups. Charge for 10hours for first use. Are small light weight and comfortable. Recommend

Works alot better than my nhs hearing aids ever have and alot more easier to use. Comes with different shape ends for different shape ears. Once they in just recharge. Perfect. Alot better than changing the batteries every 2 days.
