When to use:

This oil can be used at any time on any type of skin. We recommend it being use after a shower or a bath. After your bath or shower, massage into skin in firm, upward movements towards the heart until fully absorbed.

Useful tip:

Add a little oil to your palm and massage into your hair (dry or damp). This is great for overnight hair conditioning.
