Returns:

Returns accepted and full refund given once received back to us in perfect condition. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back to me within 21 days of delivery via a tracked or signed for mail service. We do not reimburse mail service fees originally paid on Etsy or the expenses for posting back to us. The parcel is of your responsibility until it reaches us. If a parcel is lost you would need to make a claim through the service provider that you chose. We will ONLY refund if the item reaches us in immaculate condition.

We are based in the U.K. so please allow sufficient time for delivery if you are internationally based. We cannot be held accountable for any delays due to customs or Covid reasonings.
