I had requested for 2 x perfumes and only recieved one. I have tried to instigate a refund but I am now only being refunded £20 less than I paid if I send back the one I recieved. Plus I can't report on tik tok because the option to get through to the customer service does not allow you to report

This is by far the worse cologne I've ever used it smells so fake like something you would use on a strong stench to mask it I'm so disappointed let's be real those positive reviews might be BOTS because I don't get it please stop finessing.
