Cacao, or Cocoa, is an evergreen tree, which grows naturally in tropical climates around the world. We source our Cacao from the growing regions which provide the quality required for premium, organic products. Cacao is high in Fibre, a source of Protein, rich in Vitamins and Minerals, and has antioxidant properties.

ORGANIC CACAO POWDER FOR DRINKS & BAKING
Our Organic Cacao Powder is made from finely ground premium organic cacao beans. It is an undutched and non-alkalised cacao powder, with a delicious taste and aroma.
To make cacao powder, seed pods are harvested by hand, broken into small pieces or nibs which are then ground into cacao paste. The paste is pressed to form a cake which is then ground into a fine powder.
DAILY USE: Make a delicious hot chocolate, add to a smoothie or shake, or use in baking and desserts.
RECIPE
LION'S MANE, MACA AND CACAO HOT CHOCOLATE
Ingredients:
•3 tsp Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Cacao Powder
•1⁄2 tsp Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Maca Powder, 1⁄2 tsp Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Lions Mane Powder
•2 tsp honey, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 square dark chocolate
Preparation: Add maca powder, lion's mane powder, cacao powder, and a pinch of cinnamon to a jug. Heat your milk and pour it into the jug with the mix. Stir in honey until smooth. Pour into two mugs, top with chocolate shavings, and enjoy!
