A convenient addition to your baking cupboard! This powder is made from pasteurized dried egg whites, and is an easy replacement for egg whites in your recipes. It can also be used to make royal icing!
10g of egg white powder + 60ml of water = 2 egg whites.
1. To replace egg whites by egg white powder: 10 g egg white powder + 60 m water = 2 egg whites. Use this mixture within 4 hours.
2. For Royal Icing: mix 10 g egg white powder with 60 ml water, 300-500g icing sugar and a pinch of citric acid.
