I don’t know why my product is opened and not sealed. The carton it came with was opened and rough.

As expected and same as description, though don’t be fooled into thinking you can change the temperature and it’s a digital display, it’s just a sticker on a solid plastic knob

The body get really warm so I’m worried about that but it dose what it says
