I'm not happy at all.. I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered by royal mail thus morning at 11.14 am I'm still waiting to receive it. I've even contacted royal mail customer service. I told them my my tracking number, & they said it had been delivered. 🤔 not to me it hasn't.
