Terrible service. Dolls doesn't even look the same as the photos. Came extremely late to the point I have no need for it anymore and iv been denied a refund which I'm appealing.

Paid for 2 "Ms Rachel dolls", I recieved 1. I got My free gifts but its not even the real Ms Rachel doll anyway. I've had it checked with an online rep for the REAL Ms Rachel Dolls. Please don't buy anything from here. I'm now having to contact the bank to get a refund.
