this is honestly the best shape wear i have ever purchased. i am a size 14/16 but got a size M so i was extra snatched. of course it was a little struggle to get it on as i sized down but omg the results were incredible! so comfortable wish i got a pic of the front - so hourglass

It was okay for first couple of days doesn’t really do anything like the picture for me. If I was you I would get a size smaller than you are. It fits my torso great I do have a long torso aswell. I think for the price it is pretty good for first time trying a waist trainer recommend🩷

Really high quality and really sinches u in but if ur waist is smaller than a 25 inch I DOTN recommend buying it because it’ll not snatch u up as much, find a different brand with smaller sizes
