For eons essential oils have been used in steam rooms and saunas for stress relief, relaxation and recovery. Additionally, some persons do not have a bath tub, prefer showers or are unable to have a bath for example after an operation such as C-section and can really benefit from aromatherapy for relaxation and sleep. DIRECTIONS

Begin with measuring out the powder into the jar's lid. Ideally 3 of these are excellent for a 5 to 10 minute shower.  Pour the salts unto the floor in the corner of your shower stall (use a bowl on flat surface if shower is in the bath tub). Sprinkle a few drops of water to activate. Do not touch the mix. The salts will fizz and the essential oils will be released while you shower, transforming your bathroom into a relaxing spa! Add more for longer showers!
