good but the tape is not waterproof one wear only.

Not very strong or sticky, feel off half way through my gym workout and I wasn’t even sweaty.

Great tape, very stretchy might come off depending on how far you stretch it though

Been using this tape on a daily basis for a couple of months now to straighten my big toe, it works and keeps my toe straight and pain free when I’m wearing it so I’m over the moon.
