Iv not received the item and have told them so but they saying to return the item back to get a refund when I not received the item in the first place I don’t no what to do

Looks like a small ornament but in fact is a flat sheet of plastic with a sticker on it. This is probably worth around a £1.00 at most. Not what I expected at all. The clue in the advert is 2D which means nothing to a lot of people. Customers may not return after a disappointment.
