Item came missing one crucial piece that connects the shelf so unfit for use. It also came with one brown piece which doesn’t match the rest of it. Still waiting for a response from the seller.. not a happy customer!

Hello, sorry for the delay, I was away then I fell unwell, I ordered two but the quality is really bad and it already has chipped several time very light weight. I would like to return one back if possible am aware return policy but it’s not any good to me please can I return.
