100% HONEST REVIEW of your thinking of buying the steam cleaner DONT buy this instead this design is much better . I have the steam cleaner the water would run out quicker & it takes ages to heat up but this one is GREAT best on the market . The steamer stand cannot stand independently it falls

I ordered this upon opening it on the day of arrival. some of the parts were dirty as if they had been used. I messaged the seller and was accused of taking a part from another product and passing it as theirs. Why???
No resolution offered. Not good customer service at all

Delivery guy delivered to complete wrong house, then after 3 days investigation was told I had to file police report before it turnt up a week or so later. Terrible delivery, terrible customer service and steamer is not the greatest.

I just open and I was excited to use it but it's heart broken bcz it start leaking from the wire and dripping water everywhere. Secondly the handheld get hot to carryon working..steam button not working as its really hot

First one I had just leaked water everywhere so they sent me a replacement.
I find if you put water in the steamer and then floor cleaner in the mop part it soaks the floors and takes longer to dry. I find just using the steamer on the floors they are not so wet and dry better.

I’ve had a multipurpose steamer before from a top brand & this one is sooo much better in all ways!
Love all of the attachments & being able to add solution to the floor attachment just elevates the whole clean.
