How to apply Australian Gold Adorably Black:
On a sunbed:
Apply from bottom to top in a circular motion within 10 minutes of your sunbed.
For sunbathing:
1. Apply your sun cream 20 minutes before sun exposure
2. Layer your Adorably Black tanning lotion over the top immediately before going outdoors
3. Reapply both sun cream and Adorably Black tanning cream every two hours as a minimum. This frequency should be increased if swimming, sweating or towel drying
