The wrong item was delivered to me.
I had ordered a pink jumper but was given a plain white one? Ideally would like to exchange it. Just annoying that I need to now go through the process of having to send it back and pay for it.

Hoodie turned up with pocket sewn into the back of the hoodie instead of the front but the shop reached out and resolved this by sending a new hoodie out, with the pocket on the front. Still waiting to receive this but happy with the customer service received and good communication.
