Ordered a size 40 and they sent a size 37.5, returned these and ordered a size 40, now they have sent a size 39.5 Jesus Christ how hard is it to read a number that fulfills an order, I’m returning these and giving up this customer service is appalling and I’m never ordering anything from them again

Och I’m fed up with these boots, ordered usual size 6, they felt a bit neat so returned them and re- ordered and the company sent a size 5 WTAF
HOWEVER I HAVE PERSEVERED and ordered a size 7 so I’m waiting to see what turns up next , they are nice boots and I want a pair but at the correct size
