Breaking Down the Ingredient Benefits:

Peppermint Oil Peppermint oil is derived from the peppermint plant, a cross between water mint and spearmint that thrives in Europe and North America. Peppermint is considered as a multipurpose flea control remedy which is natural, safe and effective, as biting bugs such as fleas and ticks don’t like the scent of peppermint. It is also known to soothe skin irritations and itching on the pet's body if they do get bitten.

Clove Leaf Oil Clove oil is an aromatic oil and is a known natural to help naturally repel fleas. Many pestilent bugs simply do not like aroma of oils such as clove.

Eucalyptus Oil Eucalyptol, an active ingredient present in Eucalyptus oil is responsible for the strong aroma of the oil that helps to repel pests such as fleas. Eucalyptus oil does not kill the fleas but it helps to repels them and keeps them away from your pets.

Lemongrass Lemongrass, is a herb which belongs to the grass family of Poaceae. It is utilised for its distinct lemon flavour and citrusy aroma and lemongrass oil is often used as a natural insect repellent.

Plant-Based Ingredients This formula is blended with natural essential oils and is an effective repellent against fleas, ticks and mites. To prevent infestations, you need to treat your pet and home all year round. We recommend using Vet's Best Spot-on's once a month throughout the year and Vet's Best flea, tick and mite away spray as required.

Use Indoors or Outdoors Use around the home such as skirting boards, pet bedding, pillows, blankets, upholstery, carpets, rugs or kennels. Our formulas are water-based and designed to be non-staining so you can spray surfaces that your dog comes in contact with to treat an active infestation.

Use Directly on Dogs Formula works best when massaged into dog’s coat until product reaches the skin. Don’t forget secret hiding places like the armpits or in-between the toes!

Treat Home, Dog & Garden The entire cycle, from egg to adult flea, is complete in 12 – 22 days when temperature and humidity conditions are ideal, but more commonly takes 3 – 4 weeks. Surprisingly, only approximately 5% of a flea infestation is made up of adult fleas on your pet, whereas 95% is in your home as eggs, larvae and pupae.
