The Skinner’s family have been milling at Stradbroke in Suffolk since 1688 Today we make a range of excellent foods for working dogs, whatever their age, breed or condition. Much has changed since it all began, the mill has long since gone to be replaced by the very latest state-of-the-art equipment, but the same family passion still continues today. Our Field & Trial range has been developing since the early 1970s, when it all began with just two products. As our reputation grew and customers demanded different diets to suit their working dogs' needs, so the range has expanded.

Field & Trial diets for puppies In their first few months, puppies need all the right nutrients to develop strong bones and teeth, making sure they grow into healthy, hard working adults. Our range of Field & Trial puppy foods are specifically formulated to meet all the nutritional requirements of working puppies during these first and most crucial stages of development. By feeding Field & Trial Puppy foods from weaning up to approximately nine months of age, you will ensure that your puppy receives all the proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and oils which are essential for steady growth. Field & Trial Puppy foods are wheat gluten free. They also contain MOS (Mannan Oligosaccharide), a natural digestion enhancer derived from vegetable sources, to help maintain a healthy digestive system. Field & Trial Puppy Duck & Rice also includes marine algae providing enhanced levels of DHA Omega-3 which provides many natural health benefits including the support of brain and eye development and cognitive function.
