Product description
Coming from the Inspired by Gibson Collection, the Les Paul Standard 60s
recreates the much revered sound and look of this bygone decade. The ProBucker
pickups easily reproduce all of the classic tones but also provide enough output
versatility for more modern sounds. The cream binding frames the body
beautifully and adds to those vintage vibes. A Graph Tech nut is a welcomed
modern appointment due to the increased reliability. You can't really go wrong
with a Les Paul but with all the player friendly features here you are
definitely getting a lot for your money.
With a ProBucker 3 in the bridge and a ProBucker 2 in the neck, the big
humbucker tones are full and rich sounding. Huge chords and blistering solos all
cut through with ease making it perfect for rock. That being said, they can
produce smooth and luxurious tones suitable for blues, jazz and even pop.
There is no point in having a great guitar if it isn't comfortable to play.
The neck profile here, a 1960s SlimTaper C, feels natural in your hand and
allows for prolonged periods of playing without discomfort. Ideal for all of
those long lessons, rehearsals or studio sessions.
With excellent tuning stability these tuners are an excellent choice. An 18:1
ratio provides smooth and accurate tuning and makes for a very player friendly
