Lemon and parmesan pasta dressing. Per person: 1tbsp olive oil, ½ onion finely diced, ½ clove garlic, 1 dsp chopped fresh parsley or coriander leaf, 2 drops Lemon Spice Drops®, 1 dsp freshly grated Parmesan, sea salt, black pepper. Sweat the onions and garlic in a little of the oil until transparent. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well, add cooked pasta, toss, and serve.
For best results, use it in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years shelf from the manufacturing date.
