Before listing and sending the devices, all devices have been thoroughly tested and graded depending on their cosmetic condition. In regards to the cosmetic side of the handsets, we grade our devices based on our knowledge of the industry, where we have done countless amounts of research in order to give the best idea to our customers on what to expect for each grade.

Grade A / Excellent Condition -These handsets are to be seen as almost brand new and show little to no usage. -The housing will have no cracks or dents and will be in perfect condition. -These may have the slightest of scratches however these cannot be seen from an arm’s length.

Grade B / Very Good Condition -These handsets are generally in very good condition. -The housing may have slight scratches and scuffs; however, nothing that is too worn. -There may be signs of scratches on the screen which may have been picked up from day to day usage.

Grade C / Good Condition -These handsets are to be seen as the good units and are described as the best value for money. -The housing will show signs of wear and tear, including but not limited to; dents, scuffs, and chips. -The LCD may show signs of scratches that have been picked up over time.

We offer a 31 day returns policy; if you would like to return an item within this period, please contact us. Please wipe all data; including any accounts, passwords, pins, Google accounts, and iClouds. We cannot process your return if we receive a device with the above. The item must also be returned in the same condition as received, any damages will result in us not being able to provide you with a refund. The buyer must provide return costs unless the item is faulty.

After 31 days you will only be covered under our 12 month return to base warranty for manufacturing defects only.

Accidental and water damage are not covered.

Phones that have been returned to us for a fault covered under the warranty but arrive back to us with a self inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer. Any unauthorised attempts to repair the device will result in voiding the warranty.

After 31 days, we offer a repair to all customers; If a handset is returned for a repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued.
