White Roof & Gutter Sealant for Waterproofing Your Home

Roof & Gutter Sealant is a high-performance acrylic water-based sealant for repairing and sealing guttering, down pipes and flashings. It can also be used for bedding roof sheets and felt. Easy to apply using a standard size caulking gun, the quick drying sealant will last for years and comes in a 260ml tube offering coverage of approximately 10-11 metres using a 5mm bead. Do not apply during damp conditions, or in temperatures below 5°C or above 30°C. Not suitable for use on Bituminous, P.E, P.P, Teflon, Oily or Alkaline surfaces. Ensure the sealant is fully dry before water contact. Overpainting with highly filled emulsion may cause cracking in the paint film. Adhesion tests prior to application are recommended.
