Characteristics：came broken & box was damaged. I received a full refund & got to keep it. I suggest you wrap the straw part & put inside the cup. However my cat knocked it over & I now have ribena stains on my new carpet.

Came fully intact, all diamonds on and in great condition! I was skeptical after reading some reviews saying theirs arrived broken or with missing diamonds but mine was fine thankfully!🩷

Lovely. Looks great. Keeps my coffee hot/warm for whole 8 hours shift. Only problem is- struggling to fit in my car’s cup holder. Kind of fit but disturbing change gears 🤦♀️. Also need be careful as it not sealed.
