product says ‘pet friendly’ I used this product on a urine stain on a mattress, and my cat started licking at the solution. I moved him immediately but he ingested some of the product. I ended up having to take him to an emergency vet’s. They confirmed intoxication, he’s really poorly. NOT cat safe

PET FRIENDLY URINE NEUTRALIZER
Developed for the neutralisation and removal of urine and faeces from carpets and other hard surfaces. It chemically reacts with urine and it’s associated gases and deodorises the treated area.
Ideal for carpets, linoleum, and tiled areas in residential areas around toilets and urinals in wash rooms.
If using on carpets always pre-test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure that the material is colourfast.
For normal applications the product should be used undiluted with up to 3 parts water. Spray neutraliser directly onto soiled area allow few minutes to work and absorb with cloth or paper,
Area should be cleaned with carpet shampoo as normal.
Keep out of reach of children, in case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. After on skin wash with plenty of water. Please wear suitable gloves
