We will engrave your chosen text onto the reverse of the charm, up to a maximum of 8 words. The font will match the front of the charm.

The highest quality and guaranteed to last a lifetime, we use a laser engraving machine to engrave all our Jewellery items. This jewellery is designed to be worn every day and you can rest assured that the engraving will not fade as we engrave this item with a deep engraving setting and polish the charm the provide a crisp, clear, forever lasting engraving. Your engraved text will be completed in lower case with a capital letter at the beginning of names and messages. Initials will be in Capital letters.

Engraved items have a dispatch time of 2 working days. As engraved items are created especially for you we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these items unfortunately unless the item was found to be faulty, in which case we will rectify any issues immediately.

Presentation Packaging

Your jewellery item will be beautifully packaged in our luxury Charms Kingdom white and rose gold Gift Box, which has a white suede pouch inside.

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. Shipping is via Royal Mail 24 TRACKED Delivery Service. Items are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday.
